European Business Unit Director

ITP recently conducted a retained executive search on behalf of a leading manufacturer of architectural building solutions seeking to accelerate its growth within the European data centre market.

To support this ambition, the business needed to appoint a European Business Unit Director capable of providing strategic leadership, developing the division, and increasing the company’s exposure to a highly valuable potential customer base.

Following a detailed market assessment and a strong response to both the opportunity and the organisation, ITP identified and shortlisted five highly relevant candidates. Among them was an accomplished industry professional with more than 20 years of experience, having spent his entire career with the same organisation. Despite the significance of the move, he demonstrated a strong desire to take on a new challenge and play a leading role in the next phase of the client’s growth.
