Application Engineers, Power Products for Data Centres

ITP recently conducted a search on behalf of a leading manufacturer of power products for the data centre sector, seeking to strengthen its technical team in the United States with the appointment of two Application Engineers.

To support this growth, the business needed individuals who could combine strong technical expertise with the ability to work closely with customers, translating complex power requirements into effective, reliable solutions for data centre applications.

Following a targeted search of the US market, ITP identified and presented a shortlist of well-qualified candidates, each bringing relevant technical grounding and direct experience within the power and data centre space. Two candidates stood out for their combination of technical credibility and cultural fit with the client’s engineering team.

Both were highly engaged throughout the process, recognising the opportunity to join a growing organisation at the forefront of the data centre power market and to play a hands-on role supporting customers through complex technical projects.

Following a well-managed and efficient process, both candidates accepted offers and joined the business as Application Engineers.
